The Diversity Study Group supports the undisputed requirement for greater equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Companies that embrace diversity and inclusion within their business statistically outperform their peers. Equality, diversity and inclusion needs to be a business strategy, it is not sufficient for it to be solely an HR programme.
Driving sustainable change requires effective monitoring of a broad range of equality, diversity and inclusion criteria. Our auditing and statistical analysis programme supports the creation and development of inclusive workplaces where all employees feel valued and able to contribute, allowing the potential for innovation, creativity and performance to be realised.
We offer a confidential interactive web-based business intelligence platform for equality, diversity and inclusion assessment, benchmarking, reporting and strategy development. Our census and opinion data gathering techniques facilitate a detailed understanding of clients’ internal demographics as well as in depth insight into the attitudes and perceptions of diversity and inclusion policies and practices in the workplace.
We support industry specific initiatives to allow for benchmarking, to support the development of successful equality, diversity and inclusion programmes, monitoring progress year on year and, through seminars and networking events, to share best practice methodology.
